Remembering the New Zealanders in Walton-on-Thames

Each year at St Mary’s Church Walton-on-Thames, and ANZAC service is held to commemorate the lives of the New Zealanders who died during World War One and who are buried in the churchyard.

To mark the centenary of their deaths, this booklet, which has been compiled by the New Zealand Women’s Association supported by the New Zealand High Commission, gives a short history of those brave mean and woman so that we may know more about them and ensure their sacrifices will not be forgotten.
